We started SG Media because health is a passion of ours.

We are dedicated to helping people achieve a better life through improved nutrition, stronger habits, more movement, and a healthy mindset.

We believe that coaches play a key role in creating this transformation, and our mission is to help them reach more people.

My name is Kasper Skraep, I am 25 years old. Born and raised in Denmark but lived in the US for the last 5 years as I was doing my bachelor's and master's as a student-athlete playing football (soccer).

Having been in sports my whole life I have a great appreciation of health and well-being which I wish to promote through SG Media!
